Howard Foreman is our principal Engineer
1979 Graduate US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY.
Over 30 years experience on various Ships- Steam, Diesel, & Gas Turbine.
Howard has sailed in the capacity of Chief Engineer on Large Ocean going Containerships for the last 16 Years.
CURRENT USCG license as Chief Engineer, Steam, Diesel, and Gas Turbine - Unlimited Horsepower.
On-Call Access to Services of Current and Retired Chief Engineers of similar experience for larger projects.

Advisor to Owners and Ship Operators with compliance to court-mandated ECP plans.
Author and Implementation of company-wide Environmental Management Plan.
Certified LEAD EXTERNAL AUDITOR for ISO9000 Standard.
Shipyards & Drydockings - Both Foreign and Domestic, as Owner and Yard Rep
DDX Plans - Author Drydocking specifications for invitations to Bid. On-Site Implementation.
Security Plans - ISPS Company, Facility, Vessel Certified - Vessel Security Plans and Audits
Regulatory Compliance - USCG Certificate of Inspection, MARPOL Annexes.
